Once you have added your photos you can copy them to other cells by selecting Edit|Copy Image Info and then Pasting it onto other cells that are selected after the copy command is issued.
When a photo is copied it only retains the caption and cropping information. However, if the cells are not the same size then the cropping information is cleared so that the photo is not distorted. The cell formatting does not transfer with the photo. If you specify an initial rotation and/or convert the photo to a black and white image they will follow the image that was moved.
If you click on a cell and press the SHIFT key it will swap the source cell with destination cell.
